Russ Andrade custom design was established to serve the needs of the hospitality trade with all the advantages of local sourcing and custom manufacturing. Our American quality furnishings are manufactured at our 40,000 sq ft factory in Los Angeles, California. We are very competitively priced with imported goods but with the difference of our emphasis on quality o f materials and workmanship.

Very importantly, local sourcing also means local accountability. We are responsive to our clients and responsible for our product. All designs and prototypes are produced in our Los Angeles factory. That way you and your designer can see exactly how your pieces will be constructed , the materials used and how they will be finished before they go into production.

Our business truly means that we are flexible in all respects to accommodate the clients request for any particular style they have in mind whether it be case goods, upholstered furniture or cabinetry.

We work hard to please the most demanding specifications of clients and their designers, contractors and architects. We begin with your drawings and specification sheets and turn them into the desired product. On request, we can provide CAD drawings detailing our construction methods.

• Solid wood frames and wood veneers over American manufactured plywood substrate, shipped  fully assembled and blanket wrapped.
• Guest room and public area seating and case pieces manufactured to your specific needs and requirements.
• We work with your designer to meet their requirements and can produce shop drawings in 2D and 3D and mock-ups and model rooms before beginning full production.
• Model rooms or samples are typically available in 2-3 weeks.
• We can manufacture to meet  any specification as our standard specs meet or exceed most flag requirements.
• We can match existing designs and finishes when you require replacement product and won’t or can’t wait 3 months for off-shore product (if your off shore supplier will address your small project requirements at all).
• We welcome all project sizes. Our custom production techniques allow us to accommodate any quantity.
• Local manufacturing allows you to visit our factory and inspect prior to delivery and deal with any mid-production adjustments in real time, as they arise.
