Our Process

Project Overview

  1. Initial Meeting: We will go over your project details, ask questions about your budget, functionality, and timeline. From this meeting, we should have everything we need to understand what you're trying to achieve, allowing us to develop the project scope.
  2. Bid Proposal: Shortly after the initial meeting, we will provide you with a bid proposal. This will detail the various phases of the project, the fee structure, and an of outline client and designer responsibilities.
  3. P.O. & Sign Off: Once the design scheme is ready, a presentation meeting will be schedule to go through the design in detail. You will be presented with fabrics, drawings, photos, and samples for each element  in the design. By this stage, we should be working towards or have a complete design scheme that meets your approval. A budget will also be provided outlining costs for the project. 
  4. Procurement and Purchasing: Once the design scheme is approved, our procurement team will begin ordering all goods and materials.
  5. Lead  Times: 12-14 weeks lead time. Please note, that lead time is based on design and quantity, as well as overall project scope, and will be adjusted as necessary.
